The Office of Lieutenant Governor relied on the leadership of an Award Host, the United Way of Halifax Region, a champion of strong and vibrant communities. United Way established a Selection Committee as diverse and enlightened as our province's communities. These individuals accepted the challenge of determining which nominations meet the 'winning' criteria.
