Isabelle LeVert-Chiasson is of Acadian decent, originally from Chéticamp, NS. She studied International Development Studies at St. Mary's University and currently works at Katimavik, a national youth volunteer service-learning program, as Human Resource Manager. Isabelle also worked for the HeartWood Centre for Community Youth Development, a leader in youth development programs in Nova Scotia. She was an intern with United Way of Halifax Region and was instrumental in introducing a youth council to the organization. Isabelle is a world traveler, speaks four languages, and is very comfortable in multi-cultural settings.
